How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for hair care products?
Due to the nature of our beauty and hygiene products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are your products safe for all hair types?
Yes, our products are specifically formulated to be gentle and effective for all loc types and hair textures. We use natural ingredients that prioritize scalp health and moisture retention.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, we can no longer make modifications.
