At Locs of Love LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and hair care purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
